Delhi News : दिल्ली की जेलों में अब पहली बार अपराध कर जेल आने कैदी आदतन और पेशेवर अपराधियों की बैरक से दूर रखे जाएंगे। ऐसे कैदियों को तिहाड़ की जेल नंबर-4 और मंडोली की जेल नंबर-12 में रखा जाएगा। इन्हें मुलाहिजा जेल भी कहा जाता है।
